I used to feel the same way.

But then I figured out how to get results and be productive 99% of the time.

This is what allowed me to become a millionaire by 27, sell multiple companies, and actually love my life.

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

Wow! What a video. Just took 5-pages of notes that I can use to breakdown and simplify the processes of my life to drive me towards what I want. You just broke down and simplified 10-15 years of personal development philosophy in a 25-minute video. Feeling very inspired about what I can achieve by deep-diving and applying what is outlined in this single video. No need to consume anything further. Thanks a lot, Dan. ✌😎

Exactly wat I do I thought I was alone, when focusing always keep a journal close by, because our brains are so smart to the point of creating new great ideas just to distract you from doing the work

Diagnosed with severe combined type ADHD diagnosis at 50 years old. As a woman and a person of late diagnosis for ADHD, I have to say that your comment about it being an excuse sounds like gaslighting to me.

I’m not really sure what type of ADHD you have, but everybody is different and people with ADHD are often on the autism spectrum as well. Which I am. I really love everything you’re saying and it’s very helpful. Just that one aspect rubbed me the wrong way and it’s not easy to even keep a schedule when you have combined type ADHD. I forget to set the timer. I have so many brilliant ideas. I write down in books and I forget where I wrote them.

Yesterday I sat down to work and I got my timer out, and I looked at the computer screen and started working and forgot to push the timer. I’m very productive and I am not lazy at the least. I go 24 hours without sleeping. I don’t take any drugs and I don’t drink alcohol. But I can’t for the life of me seem to keep on top of everything. I’m looking forward to checking out the rest of your system and I appreciate what you’re doing and it’s very inspiring so thank you. Just keep in mind that you’re a man, and that women, especially women with ADHD and autism. Have a very different experience when it comes to controlling it. I don’t take ADHD medication and never have. The first thing that happens to me in the morning as I wake up and there’s a song playing in my head, with about 10 different voices solving the world’s problems. I don’t know how to stop it. My heart is racing fast, and it takes me a minute to organize all the information that just got downloaded into my brain. I really think people with ADHD into the matrix a little bit more than everybody else. Sometimes it feels like outside chatter that I’m picking up on and in the past, I’ve actually experienced, having premonitions and dreams and waking up and then coming true on the morning news

24:46 #13 - this probably the best point for us "capable, clever, smart" people

we lose momentum when overwhelmed ... take a moment to calm down

we are so used to solving problems with our "minds", that when a "hands-on" solution is needed

we drop the ball ... then we overthink, self-hate, judge .. overlook what's actually the solution

simply, pick it up again and move forward ...its a mental game out there ...

7:05 Focus = chopping that axe on the same spot rather than scattered

was the 2nd best point ... the rest of the summary was just the best solid practical plan ;-)

I love what he said about intention contained in what we do being felt by the customer

The Pomodoro technique really helps! That's what I use to keep myself on track and focused throughout the day too. Even build a chrome extension to help me with the timing

From $10K to $25k that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family

FOCUS -> Following One Course Until Successful.

Love it. Similar to the advice of Warren Buffets famous 5/25 Rule. Avoid all other items at all costs that are not moving you forward towards your goals.
