Supreme Court: Unregistered family settlement deed Cannot Confer Title in Immovable Property

In this latest supreme court judgement, the Supreme Court has held that a family settlement document which merely sets out the existing arrangement and past transaction will not be compulsorily registrable under Section 17(1)(b) of the Registration Act, 1908, if it doesn't by itself creates, declares, limits or extinguishes rights in the immovable properties. Supreme Court clarified the position of unregistered family settlement deed Family Agreement and Settlement.

What about gift deed from father but no known any brother and sister so what we have to claim

If in registered family settlement deed 1 point says that mother will execute a WILL to give one property in the favor of his one son (but never made any will) and now after 13yrs (deed was made in 2011) that son died now mother is denying to give that property to his wife & son, and she and her daughter wants to sell this place. What can deceased's son wife& son do? Can his wife claim for this property?
