4:28 sir our case is very old in 1991 court dismissed our land lord from partial property and ordered us to pay Rs 30/month for remaining partial property.
Now all of a sudden he filed case to evict us on the basis of claiming building to be very old and deteriorated condition, U.P. adhiniyam 13, 1972 .our structure is a single floor, old fashioned RCC less structure with wooden + patals roof. Claiming it tobe a dangerous structure for others in market.
Through some settings with judges he have already won in district court. We have apealed in high court through writ petition(2). Article 227(2).

Kindly suggest me something.
Are we in permissive possession or the other one.
As he wont took any rent so far in these year(but through chalan we submit it to court Rs30/month) until high court asked us to pay Rs.6000/month now to get case elligible to be fought in High court nainital.
Kindly help.

Sir, we are living in a single room house for rent from 20 years. We now want to move to another house. The reason is we need another room and the current house we are living has become very old water seeps from the walls if rain falls heavily. We got another 2 bedroom house but they're asking 3 month rent. Can we claim any amount from older landlord as we stayed 20 years

My mother is or we are staying in my late uncle's(her late elder brother who is death now) house for more than 12 years so can my mother own that house or can she get the ownership of that house?

Sir my father in law has given one of his rooms to a persion who opened a show room of MRF tyre.. There is a contract on stamp paper of rupees 200. After every five year both the party renews the contract.. Now my father in law is facing serious physical problem so he needs the groud floor.. What should he do sir??? Can the tenant refuse to leave the room??

Bhaiya. I'm University student, who was living in PG. But recently this month (May) I shifted into versity hostel. I had my rent (of April) cut off from the advance payment i made before I shifted into PG. I shifted on 6th of Dec 2022. Left on 10 May 2023. According to landlord i need to pay for 10 days extra. Even tho i stayed only for 3 days. What should I do in this case? What rights do i have? It'll be very great if you could give me some suggestions. I only want to follow the law.

our Tenent not giving rent from last 7 months and when we file a case of eviction showing that he has defaulted and not paid the rent. he saying that we have given you cheques and you have not deposited those cheques. how can i prove he has defaulter?

Sir in our agriculture land we kept a farmer ...now his intention become bad and thinking of taking the land....we gave him permission to stay and cultivate...We have no paper written agreement...can he claim for adverse possession?

Hi Sir .. We have rented a property for the last more than 60 years. I do not remember if we have a rental agreement but we have been paying the rent till now. I do not know how the rents changed overtime but i know what we are paying in the last 10 years as it is done online or via cheque. The property was subject to severe damage during the years and we have spent in fixing the damages. Suddenly the landlord started using unsolicited words that we are paying very less rent and that he wanted us to vacate the property. Infact due to the condition of the property i have already vacated one year back and paying rental . I am now ready to handover but i wanted him to reimburse all the expenses that i have incurred in the last 70 yrs as they did not do any single repair to the building.But the landlord is threating to goto court and charge me more as i was paying less rent compared to the market value. What is the right course of action here.Thanks for your advice.

Sir i am living in rental house since 1962 and also I have civil court Judgment as per this i am a tenant and i have adverse possession but owner can not get that home.Rent is 30/- Rs. per Month only and i always deposit this rent in treasury branch of bank after years in one payment.Owner never claimed for rent after Judgment.My Room Size is 8x8 square feet and more than 20 square yard is covered by shed which made by me many years ago.Current Owner Purchased this house in 1993.I want to Repair and Modify this House because room has wall cracks roof is not concreet made and in rainy season that is not safe what i can do.Can i remake or cover this with Concreet.What rights i have can i give application in court for this Purpose.

I am paying rent to my owner for more than 17 years for every month online, so i have record of rent paid all these years, and rental agreement ceases just in 2007 itself, then what about my case..? I don't want to claim any ownership, but i want to continue as a tenant without his disturnanc of selling the premises.... Your suggestion be appreciated utmost

Sir We bought a new plot from a builder and after paying more than half of money we get to know that plot doesn't have any NOC before registering
So now that property builder refuses to pay back given money and said to do registration with additional money what is the solution please help someday
