Hi. Thank you for the video. I am not getting the 'text' option. The choice is srt or vtt. when i click on srt, it is asking for membership ($40 monthly/$ 384 Annual). So I clicked on 'export' and had to get the video with subtitles. Can you help get 'text' please. Thank you.

I have an mp3 file that’s pretty big. Like an hour and a half. I need it converted to text. It’s for a book that I’m writing, and unfortunately it’s due in a week and a half. I made an account with Veed, but it only allows up to 60 minutes a month. So I went to the most expensive plan they have and I can’t get that one because I am not using it for a company with more than five employees. Help?

Hi, I just paid for the £18 one off payment which I believe gives me 1440 mins, I have just tried to transcribe a 70 minute MP3 and i'm getting an error 'transmission limit reached', I haven't even used this software? How can my limit be reached. How do I talk to your support team please. Quite urgent. Thanks

Tried it, worked sort of with a good quality English MP3 it messed up a lot and required manual editing (around 30% I'd say). Then at the end of the 5min audio file it asked me for money before allowing a download of the txt file - disingenuous! (I had to copy and paste each text bubble) So I'd say avoid. The video was good and may be out of date with the reality of Veed.

You have to pay to get your transcription so while the site is pretty good, it is not free so its only good to play around.

MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DISCOVER THAT SOME OF MY MP3 SONGS ARE TURNED INTO WORD AND I CANNOT PLAY THEM IN WMP. WHAT HAPPEN? I DIDN'T DO THIS MYSELF. SAVED IN WORD DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME.

Tried it, english to spanish did not work, came back as all english then they tried to get me to sign up, and I did, now even though they could not translate the video to text as described, it did come back as english, they are still learning, and I want no part of it, but the bashingtards kept my files and the spam does not stop, the worst. Audio to Text that they cannot even do in a simple way, only sign up, we will hold file 24 hours, add this add that but the most important part which is translation from english to spanish text they don't even offer it only vids to vids, no audio mp3 file to text, forget the sign-up if the most important is not offered free to try.
