in a way that is true, but we also help the earth by just existing. for example, we make sure overpopulation doesn't happen. In the 1900s, Yellowstone national park had an overpopulation of deers. This caused lots of grass to go away because the deers ate it, and the rivers started to lose water. (that wasn't us bc there's no sewage there) so we introduced wolfes to the environment (on accident btw) and that controlled the population of the deers and now Yellowstone is much healthier
