lol… the right answer is: make sure you have an emergency fund of 3-6 months of your living expenses set aside in a high yield savings account. Then invest the rest into an ETF that track the s and p 500 or a total market index fund. Congrats you will be a millionaire by 60. Follow the get rich quick method in this video and risk losing it all and having the stress of managing properties.

Why would you keep $25k in savings when a savings account only has a 1% interest rate and you can put it into a CD for 5.5% interest or stocks that’ll have a 7%-10% return in just a short couple of years?

Most people can’t qualify credit wise to put 10% down on a property or have the income to get get approved for multiple loans at the same time this is horrible advice.
