If I had $360k I would invest $100k in tech & $260k into dividend stock with a proven track record to grow with capital appreciation & dividend increase year over year

Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

ETFs offer exposure to a wide range of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, which can help reduce risk. ETFs, like broad market index, sector-specific, and bond ETFs, are favored for long-term investments because of their diversification, reducing risk while offering growth and income potential.

My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.

Diversification is the secret to optimal performance. This is why I have my interests set on market sectors based on performance and projected growth, such as stock, EV sector, renewable energy, Tech, and Health. Keep investing regularly and you'll be blown away how much it can change in a few short years. Here's to $1 million and to FIRE

I'm an amateur with a portfolio of 180k and I've got some real estate holdings too, but it's hard for me to build confidence. I want to invest another 70k over a one month span, but I want to be strategic about doing it so I can grow more and not stay stagnant. Are these good Index suggestions?

*You’re absolutely correct, financial education has to be taught in every level of education for the purpose of financial independence.*

Do you think it's a good time to consider selling some stocks and taking profits, or is it better to hold onto them for the long term? I’m considering rebalancing my $800K portfolios, I'm curious about strategies in response to this.

Rocking those NVDA, PALANTIR, TSLA, and APPL shares! Holding onto them for the long haul sounds good, but hey, I'm all up for grabbing those short-term chances too, aiming for that sweet $400, 000!

I've held 3 Berkshire Hathaway Class A shares since the mid-90s at around $17, 000 each. Now, I'm selling some to buy growth stocks. With market volatility, should I reinvest in gold instead?

I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this

I'm looking to start investing in the stock market and other asset classes with $60k this quarter. Should I focus on index funds or individual stocks? Preferably want the route with the best return in investment. Thanks!

I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement. I'm seeking to invest $200K across markets but don't know where to start.

Honestly, this situation makes me uneasy, especially with the potential depression, not just a recession. I'm not sure about my $130K investment strategy given the economic uncertainty.

I came across your channel through this video—case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.

I recently invested over A Hundred Grand and it is really crazy, the advice, discussion from a very reliable financial manager is what i recommend out there because with that, you would really have a long lasting positive income turn over just like i did

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
