How To Install TWRP and Root Galaxy Tab S2 T710/715/810/815 Marshmallow/Nougat

How To Install TWRP 3.0.0-1 and Root Galaxy Tab S2 T710/715/810/815 models - Lollipop 5.0.2/ 5.1.1/6.0.1/7.0

TWRP 3.1.0-1 for Galaxy Tab S2 T710/T715/T810/T815 models - Lollipop 5.0.2/5.1.1 Marshmallow 6.0.1/Nougat 7.0

NOTE: It is important to boot to recovery after flashing with Odin or twrp may not stick and will be replaced with stock recovery.
When flashing uncheck auto reboot in Odin, immediately after flashing manually reboot and boot into twrp.

Manual reboot is POWER + HOME +VOL DOWN then as soon as the screen goes blank immediately change to VOL UP whilst still holding the other buttons.

NOTE: ON SOME ANDROID 5.1.1 and 6.01 DEVICES IT IS NECESSARY TO GO TO:
Settings - Developer Options - OEM unlocking
AND ENABLE OEM UNLOCK FIRST OR YOU MAY ENCOUNTER 'BLOCKED BY FRP LOCK' WHEN FLASHING.

1- Download the latest TWRP
TWRP 3.0.0-1 for Galaxy Tab S2 T710/715/810/815 models - Lollipop 5.0.2/ 5.1.1/6.0.1

2- Download the latest SuperSU SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323

3- Download the latest Odin Odin3 v3.11.1

4- Connect the tablet to PC and copy/paste the SuperSU somewhere

5- Boot to download mode Power off hold Power + Home + Volume Down

6- Run Odin as Admin

7- Click AP and select the twrp; go to Options and make sure unselected 'Auto Reboot'

8- Click Start

9- Once done press and hold POWER + HOME +VOL DOWN then as soon as the screen goes blank immediately change to VOL UP whilst still holding the other buttons

10- TWRP should boot up

11- Make backup of Boot, System, Data

12- Install the SuperSU

13- Reboot

14- Enjoy.!

Ok, I did everything step by step and when my device rebooted, it is stuck in the Samsung logo. I have a SM-T813. I noticed that on oneclickreboot my device was the only one I found that didn't have a root available. Also, when I installed the zip files in TWRP, there were some messages in red.

but when i do like you it dont turn on TWRP it stay at recovery mode

I did everything that were instructed in the video, but my tablet ends up unable to use wifi and I can't turn down the brightness of my screen (it is the brightest it can be) any solution? I also can't find my tablet on my computer even though I have connected it. seems like youtube isn't working either

hello.
it took a while for me to find the right trwp file to use for my device.
I was finally able to load trwp and install the superuser file (which had been saved to SD card).
at the end of the install, it had text that said there may be some reboots. then it said there was some kind of mounting error.
i rebooted, and now it is stuck on the opening Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 screen, but in the upper left hand corner, it says in yellow text "Set Warranty Bit: kernel". It looks like it s stuck here, and will not progress.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay I used the links down below to get the downloads i needed for SM-T813 running 6.0.1. I followed all the steps correctly but i keep getting a fail when attempting to flash on Odin. Someone help please

Doesn't work for Tab S2. I downloaded the correct link for TWRP and it doesn't even open. Why not provide a link that downloads and installs for you? This is a waste of time.

OK when I boot up TWRP I could not find superSU image. I found the file not the image
