Here's a tip and a warning and that's be prepared for customers who message you to pick up something from the restaurant after you left. Because believe me that happens alot just follow the rule of if it ain't on the order and I've already picked up and left with the order sorry to say it but unfortunately for you customer you're shit out of luck.

Uber does this thing on most of the orders, where they don't show the drinks, and their not in the count. There's room for them, they just don't put 'em up for ya. It isn't until I verified the order, I tap on customers name, get all the nitty gritty details which will include drinks.
I've never seen this issue mentioned. Maybe it is different on iPhones? I noticed android users have a second rated app experience compared to iPhone . We don't even get the coffee cup (or its features), and my friends with iPhones get more offers, and we're in the same area.

Hey Ash yeah it’s crazy how Uber expects us to confirm the order when 99% of the time the bag is already closed/sealed. Some restaurants in my area fail to seal the bag completely and when one is carrying the bag, the seal breaks and customer assumes we tampered with their order. I’ve also had employees give me an attitude when I ask if a straw is in the bag especially when I ask for a straw just in case. On one order from McDonalds, for example, the customer flagged me down informing me that they forgot the shakes. The restaurant wasn’t far away, so I went back there and asked for the shakes to be made. Although they double checked the order to show shakes weren’t on there, they still made the shakes. The customer was shocked when I arrived with the shakes. Customer explained that his wife meant to include shakes but there was probably something wrong on the app. I ended up getting an extra $25 for that order.

When restaurant frget to seal bag and hand to delivery driver "As is" to deliver, customer think driver damaged or open bag; not true!

If seal is not on bag, sometimes restaurant don't feel like grabbing a seal to put on bag and just hand it to driver the way it is ( open and unsealed).

Sometimes, they don't separate food and put all in 1 large paper bag and weight of food so heavy that it breaks seal automatically when you pick up bag off counter.

Both incidents has happened to a delivery driver I know and the person punished for it, for something the restaurant failed to do.

Customer dropped delivery person's ratings, both times.

I don’t have an emergency kit. Never actually thought about it. Not sure why it never crossed my mind lol.
