Your short and sweet kettlebell snatch demo. This is one of the most advanced kettlebell movements so take your time with each level. If you are a beginner at kettlebells, work that level 1 for a WHILE before moving on. You must understand how to get that bell weightless with the power of your lower body- glutes, hips and hamstrings. If the kettlebell is crashing on your wrist at the top, you are letting it get too far away from you! Practice levels 1 and 2 or 3, standing 3 feet in front of a wall. That is how close the bell needs to stay to your body!!
