We are responsible for this all these companies provide almost double salary for better candidates who have deep knowledge and skills for example tcs have digital profile with 7 lpa similarly Wipro 6.5 lpa Infosys dse and sp 6.5 lpa and 9 lpa etc

Candidate are only responsible for the low salary. You get why you ask for. Let us consider a typical "fresher" mindset even having all the information available on fingertips, will still worship these companies.
Instead of being loyal to work, fresher worship these companies and being loyal to the company.

Just few lollipop like "Brand Value"(only brand value matter id of Product Company, not of service company), Job security.

If for fresher these things are priority then it's good such company pay then these less salaries.
