Love watching these videos where you train something for a week and look to see the results. Maybe you could do a longer period of time. 30 days? 90 days? Could see if there’s more of a result over that period of time.

This video just reminded me that I should be doing more of this for my MMA/BJJ training. It's amazing how many areas in life benefit from increased neck strength.

ima pencil neck geek, and doing these neck planks, but with bands is actually pretty cool. you get the full plank-core workout but incorporating the neck. it's a full body think with basically little movement. and effective.

Lando norris has put some of his neck workouts in you tube, also needs a trainer with him but his are technical ie measure his neck strength in a certain direction then use specific equipmet to perform exact loads and does sets of them

what if you start doing these in a way that its 7 days of workouts instead of 7 days? This way you could have two off days if you were TOO sore. in this video for example, seemed to me like you were still sore on day 3 but still went with it

Isometric exercises should be better and safer than neck movement against resistance. Accelerating cervical degenerative disc/joint disease would be a big set back.
