I like my parents rule. 1. You can have a an I-pad/tablet if you are 10 or older.
2. You can have a phone if you are in middle school and up.
3. You have to EARN your cellphone, so you need to work and get the money to buy it.

I love how Phoebe gives incredible and talented statements about how if she’s lost she could stay in contact and then if her friend is sick she’ll give her support from the phone so I think they both give great statements.
