I remember watching Kaelon when he’s only a little kid and also he’s one of the most “sensitive” kids here in HiHo like he really understands and very open minded for his age. Now, he’s already a teenager. Just wow! Love how the parents raised him so well.

Both Brooklyn and Kaelon have become fan favorites since they joined. Their coolness and maturity really stand out.

That before pic was bad, so I'm with the mom on this one. Cut it a little shorter and then we'll see if he would actually take care of it. I'm all for hair rights, but it is a lot of work. I hope he keeps his promise and take good care of it from now on.

A compromise could be that he can keep it the length it is now for a month, and if in that month he doesn’t maintain it, he’ll have to get it cut. And they’ll continue to cut his hair if he doesn’t maintain it, but if he does, he’ll be allowed to keep it the length he chooses. That way, it’ll give him some sense of responsibility and motivation to keep his hair looking nice!

Reminds me of when I got a mohawk and my parents were NOT supportive. Good to see them have an open debate. I didn't consult anyone so it was a shock to everyone att home and school.

I also think that at least if in a week or 2, one day of inconsistency, the kid still must cut his hair or at least trim it until shoulder.

Before my hair was so tangled my mom had to fix it for six hours and yeah so I started taking care of my hair forever
