In this video I will find the acceleration (a=?) and the net forces on the 3 masses (m1, m2, m3) when a force of 12N acts on the 2 masses across a frictionless horizontal surface.

It's great you explained the physics behind the reactionary forces from blocks to other blocks. Shows exactly why the net force on each block is the way it is. For simplicity and time-saving though, could we simply just use f = ma to find the net force on the block by plugging in the individual mass and acceleration of the system? It gives the same answer for all three blocks. Example:

a was found to be 2m/s^2 in this question.
fnet for 2-kg block at the right: ma = 2kg(2m/s^2) = 4 N

Edit: nevermind. This might have worked in this case, where there is no friction but might not work in general cases.

Thank you so much for such a clear explanation. Is there a playlist for the 25 examples of Newton's Laws?

The eye, what is the orange and setting Sun, AND what is the fully illuminated and setting/white Moon are the SAME SIZE in DIRECT comparison. This is not a meaningless coincidence. I have explained it. (Consider what is the blue sky as well ON BALANCE.)

Sir, would you please illustrate an example of accelerating blocks on an incline involving the friction. Finding acceleration and contact forces between blocks.

sir if there is no friction then the acceleration of the system is equal to acceleration of each block ?
