Winnipeg planning to have zero emissions by 2050

The City of Winnipeg has a plan in place to have zero emissions by the year 2050, after a multi-billion-dollar road map was approved last week. Alex Karpa reports.

It will not make a difference There is not enough hydro to heat buildings. Heat pumps do not work when the temperature drops below - 20. So you have to electric furnaces

It gets real cold in Winnipeg. All a Fools dream and quite frankly unattainable
