Amazing... when I saw that roast coming off the BBQ, totally black, I thought, Oh my God.... But then you packed it again and another hour on that BBQ and again I thought, OH MY GOD... But then.... you cut it.... AND IT LOOKED JUST PERFECT !!!! And after having added the sugar and BBQ sauce, it looked incredible, nicely caramelized ! I would love to taste this !! Big like and FV !!
