As someone who was taken to the doctor at age 8 because their grandmother thought they had breast cancer lumps just for the pediatrician to explain to her that those are boob "buds" and that the age of puberty hitting had been getting increasingly younger at the time... yeah, this. Bigger cup size than my own mother since I was 10.

besties...this is normal. as someone who developed early, i promise you this hits as representation and would have made me feel normal growing up. Sure this show isn't age appropriate but it definitely would have helped to even see this in passing. People sexualizing it and or being upset someone animated this should stop and realize that tits are normal. Also your character macarons are so good! Love your work!
