PURE DRAMA | Magnus Carlsen arrives 11 minutes late on a Bike against 2550 rated GM

It was the first round for the world no.1 Magnus Carlsen at the Chess Olympiad 2024. He took rest in the first two rounds of the event and in the 3rd round he decided to take fort on board no.1 against Colombia. What happened next was just PURE DRAMA! Carlsen couldn't find a taxi, the clock was ticking, he took a bike from his hotel to come the venue. The walkover time was 15 minutes, and the Norwegian GM arrived 11 minutes late! I think Magnus was kinda mad or upset with his team captain. He mentioned in the interview that his captain didn't give him or tell him about the player card and you see him shushing his captain and walking away when his captain tries to come and talk to Magnus at 18:37.
