Great vid as always! Very helpful tips for any level painter. Another thing to mention is that with some models, if they've been handled quite a bit or have been exposed to green stuff or anything of the sort, it's always a good idea to give the models a quick bath in warm water and dish soap. It helps the primer adhere better. Every little bit helps! :)

The warming up the can advice is great. I've been wanting to try out the same thing with black and white as well so this has me wanting to do it soon.

Thanks for the advice buddy, never thought of white and black primer combo. The effect was brilliant. Kudos my friend.

Haven't thought of a light dusting of white over the black. I have Chaos Black and Army Painter Grey so I will try that with my Orc Blood Bowl team tomorrow. I suspect the grey will serve as well as the light coating of white does. Thank you.

Oupss lol maybe would be a great idea for your channel to cover airbrush primers too. Zenithal priming is the way to go

When you're going to use your miniatures for gaming this indeed is a must. Washing with regular dishwashing soap does the job perfectly! I wash my miniatures, I didn't include this information in the video because I think it's part of the assembly and preparation process rather than the priming.

Corvus do you think you could show and give your tips on how to clean metal, plastic and resin before priming?

Great tutorial. I agree with all you have said. I am also a fan of white priming but want to try this tecnic you show with black and then white. However i have a question related with it. Unless you take pictures of the model, after applying the base colors and shadow the miniature will you still be able to see the undercoat to apply the hightlights? If not, why the use of white over black if you cant take advantage of it later? Thank you
