Gary also announced his first children's picture book, based on his VeeFriends characters, titled "Meet Me in the Middle”. Tried to explain this to a young sales person. He was letting his ego waste time on the wrong people

After a certain point you just "know" when someone isnt actually gonna buy. Our yearly close rate on sales right now is 44%. Follow up is important for sure, but sometimes you just gotta move on as Gary says

Never sell to rude people they will come back and cause hell…

I 100% agree with this. However, too many sales gurus try to push you to sell to people that will never buy anyways. Perhaps because you’re full of it and there’s scam us to sell their self to push others to sell.

100% correct. Don't correct a fool or he will hate you. Correct a wise person and he'll thank you for

Grant Cardone would probably cringe at this, meanwhile it’s rock solid advice 😂

If you’ve identified your target market… how can they be the “Unsellable?”

How do you know they will never buy from you? There's no definitive way to know this. What if you just don't have the right product they want to buy yet?

Grant Cardone gives an example of this. He tried to sell a guy on his sales training, books, videos, etc, for like 20 years; but the guy never bought. Then when he opened his real estate fund, all of a sudden, the guy sent him like $400K.

Obviously, we all don't have 20 years to chase a sale, so we have to use discretion to know when to quit trying to sell, or keep following up until you both leave this earth 😂

That is the truth, but also know how to actually identify the difference.

Not really, if you see an advert over and over again you'll start to slowly accept it even if you thought it was ridiculous the first time.

Call center sales will train the opposite. Proceed with caution.

True thank you. An entire year of B2B and none of my managers ever thought to teach me this lesson. It really held me back because in this industry, these dumbass prospects would never say no. “Call me next week” “end of the month” “let’s meet Thursday” “okay great meeting but idk let’s chat Monday “let me talk to my wife and get back” “yeah I just need to talk to my business partner on Wednesday”

Jesus CHRIST I’m glad I’m done with that. But there are only so many businesses in the area so you have to capitalize what you can.

No point in wasting your convincing when you could spend that time on getting clients that actually want to buy.
