There are so many little details which you never consider that add to the immersion and wonder. The best thing is this is just the start. If 2024 makes the same improvements that 2020 from an even better base it’s hard to imagine what 2024 could become. Great video looking forward like everyone to the release

Ex St. George, UT resident here. That's River Rd at 0:29. My father used to work at the distribution center just a little farther south on the same road. The fact I recognized it almost instantly is a testament to how much better 2024 looks compared to 2020 in terms of scenery. Definitely looking forward to it!

The stuff at 1:03 is what i'm most amazed by that is ai generated rocks on a cliffside done with the tessellation tech. Without it you get the 2020 rolling hills look we all know but now it looks like a sheer rockwall its amazing how they pulled it off! i'll be enjoying the views in my glider in the alps!

The lighting of the city on the side of the mountain and that lightning strike over the ocean looked damn awesome. The sunrise over of the earths curvature too. They really did great with the lighting here. Also the fact you can go so far into space (which I doubt is actually simulated vacuum here, but still) is really cool and hopefully means we can get some space related stuff, like the shuttle or something.
