Try to melt it in a pan ! Do water in the pan and a something else at the top of the pan so it’s boiling under the pan and it’s really hot

Bro if u heat a choclate directly, like putting it on fire it will burn, can ve any choclate thats why double boiler technique is used to melt also it can melt in warm areas maybe in ur pocket

Fun fact, flakes can’t melt because they are “dehydrated chocolate”, so theoretically no amount of heat you subject it to can melt it. However, since your hands have moisture on them (like oils), you can melt the flake simply by holding it! This is because a form of hydration is introduced! This is also why it melts in your mouth, since the hydration factor is your saliva🫠

microwaves work by heating up the water, thats why you put a damp towel on corn before you microwave it and why ceramic doesnt blow up in the microwave. the chocolate is made with very little water—which is why it burns instead of melting.

My favorite chocolate ever. 2 decades ago I could never find it in the states at all. It’s still very hard to find. I have a friend in Liverpool who mails them to me.
