I didn't see the best version. that is when you buy the bag of chocolate leave it close and put it in de microwave package still closed then after a few seconds of microwaving take the bag out of the microwave and wiggle the baggy if the chocolate is melted cut the bag into a corner in a corner en push the molten chocolate out it :)

I like to use doble boiler. But not on the stove. I just öet the water cook and then put it in off from the heat. Works great.

It depends on what you want to do with your chocolate, double boiler is best for tempered chocolate, microwave is fine if you just want melted chocolate. Just stir every 30 seconds instead of 15.
