How Starlink is Keeping Our Volunteers Connected After Hurricane Helene

When almost every internet provider in western North Carolina was shut down after Hurricane Helene, the volunteer teams of Samaritan’s Purse scrambled to find a way to stay connected and keep our disaster response rolling. Our IT team deployed several Starlink kits to keep our volunteers connected, informed and efficient even when our regions cell towers were down.
