Pareto Chart originated in 1897 by an Italian economist named Vilfredo Pareto

He told that in Italy 80% of wealth is with 20% of rich people.

 80/20 Rule:. 80 percent of the effects come from 20 percent of the causes

 In terms of BPO: Our 80% dent is because of 20% of causes in process, if we work on that 20% automatically there will be process improvement.

In real life, 80% of the problem is because 20% of causes.
