what method or quantification do we use to scoring those root cause? Are we enough just scoring basicly from our feeling / thought / intuition?

So I have this aisgment in which I have to analyze effort and impact of implementing a track technology into a logistic process. I have no cost related data... but I have KPI and data I've recollected and I've analyzed myself how these technologies can improve certain steps of this process and or resource utilizitation. I wanted to use a cause and effect matrix, but like I said I have no cost related data... do you think I can deliver a scientifical answer, as why I would implement a certain technology using this method? I hope you can help me... it's for my master thesis...

Yes but the problem is who is causing limiting of ressources and why? Is it something that brings profitability or brings loss of profit and costumer move somewhere else, where there is better quality products and services?
Because I am suffering of mental retardations and I dont have a Maslow pyramide knowledge, why shall I limit ressources in regard to Marketing 4 parameters. some people are just mental reduced and cant understand how they archive succes and hate .
