new Samsung washer and dryer

Just purchased this set and it works great! Got it straight from Samsung and had them install it. Be sure to but directly from the company. I don’t trust these retail stores.

Ordered the dryer version that came with broken rollers and made a loud scraping sound anytime the drum moved. They delivered a new one, but I didn’t have a dryer for a week or two while I waited for delivery.

Shipping bolts must still be in it and not sure why water is coming out of it. Checks for clogged hoses. Lovely washer though 😂

I just bought one and they told me that if water was coming out the drum could be off it's springs. Did you remove all the screws from behind that you were supposed to?

Yeah, nah, whoever installed it did not do something right. Sounds like the shipping bolts never git removed, and the overflowing dispenser means the tape on the inse probably was never removed either

Well, I worked at Lowes in Appliances for a bit and Samsung washers and dryers were our top selling brand. Have never seen any returned for what you are experiencing there! There are occasional defective items regardles of brand!

It's a #Samsung washer and dryer they both got delivered today so disappointed. Returning them and getting another brand.

if you overloaded it on delicates the washer and overloaded the dryer on the most super QUICK dry is normal to do that😘😘

I have that exact dryer. I tried it for the first time and it started making the same noise. If you find the cause, please let me know.

Almost looks like they forgot to remove the shipping bolts! Can't explain the leaking part though.
