I made the same mistake as a youngin. Never again on Samsung. For that price you coulda bought the best brand, Speed Queen and had a washer that doesn't quit til you have grandkids

I just ordered a Samsung Washer and Dryer. I think it's the same model and color. Online the colors look bad, but in person they are so cool. I'm stoked!

Don’t buy Samsung especially don’t spend this much money on that. It’s going to break down easily instead you should get a speed queen which will last you 25 years and has a seven year warranty. One of the best washers out there

Condolences, better start saving for next set, at least washer because I guarantee within one year of warranty expiration the spider bracket will break and damage the bearings. Then it will begin to rattle HARD and then the out of balance drum is going to shred the rubber gasket. Had 3 of these pieces of junk do the exact same thing within the exact same time frame (less than 4 years). Ever wonder why seller gave you gift cards? Techs routinely admonish Samsung appliances. Good luck! 😂

I bought a set and it was delivered today. I’m still torn on the drying process every time I check the drier they are cold and I shut off the cycle eco as well as turned to max dry and max heat. Any pointers?

Samsung makes the worst washer and dryer. Guaranteed to break down in couple years. Get extended warranty on that thing
