been making these for quite a bit with all sorts of methods but never seen this way! talking basses have literally endless possibilities on how to make them and how they sound and ever since i started messing with them, i found that making other sounds gets easier

The E-MU samplers and synths from the 90s and 2000s were famous for this, with their Z-plane filters.

one of my favorite bass sounds when done tastefully, this is definitely not the case here. also filming your monitor with a phone camera is so lazy and low quality. just some honest feedback
