This is what happens when you hang out with insurrections too long. You confuse what's legal and illegal. There is absolutely nothing illegal about this process. Now one can argue that it's ethically not OK to at least have a mini primary which I think they should. But from a legal perspective it shows more a sign of weakness rather than strength from the republicans.

Considering there has already been a presidential debate during which candidates were excluded, I think it does present a problem that Biden is now dropping out. It suggests that the grounds for his participation in the debate were spurious at best. I think this case needs to be heard. Perhaps he shouldn't be allowed to drop out having already participated in a debate.
