I don’t think this movie sways any voter to for for or agsinst. No such thing as bad press.

As Trump has proven time and time again, there's no such thing as bad publicity. This is a man with 34 felony convictions and he's still in the hunt to become President of the United States. Trump understands this game better than anyone and I would not rule out his attempts to quash this movie as just another ploy to win him more publicity...

the film is excellent. The only drawback is that it actually humanizes a man who really has gone to the dark side which he proves daily....

I'd see it if Shane Gillis played the lead.

It’s is an opinion piece, the timing has been done on purpose before the election. Another election interference piece . I wonder if it will still be shown if Trump win 😂😂😂

It is a hit piece strategically timed. If it is a lie, he should sue.

If someone is committed to voting for Trump, I'm sure a movie won't sway them either way...
If real-life doesn't. 🙃

This movie is going to be really popular 😂.

How many political movies have people produced and were huge flops? It's almost every one of them, yet they keep trying to make them.

They are trying to get headlines as free advertising for their bad movie 🙄

I think it's really rich for trump to call it a bunch of lies, when he traffics in lies and this film reveals why he does that. It's a peek behind the curtain. The clicking of the heels here is for us to just vote against him.

To the “journalist” from the Hill. What would YOU do if someone who doesn’t know you wrote a movie about your life that was false and derogatory??? A billion to one you’d try to stop its release and threaten to sue💁💁💁💁💁 So there’s that.

If the co-hosts for a political news channel are going to devote an entire segment on commentary and judgement re: a particular movie- and then- claim that "I don't watch political movies..." ... ?! What the...?! :/ C'mon, Amber- I usually respect your viewpoint...but, not even bothering to watch the movie that you are commenting on is lame. :/

Don't you see the behavior resemblance??? He constantly attacks people. He denies everything and doesn't admit even when he lose...

Similarly, Trump's mistreatment of a dying Cohn toward the end of the film elicits empathy for the one-time mafia fixer and "Red Scare" prosecutor. Abbasi also mined Trump's relationships with his older brother Fred (Charlie Carrick) and with his first wife Ivana (Maria Bakalova).

Another character in the story is New York itself, portrayed in its '70s and '80s grime and grit glory with grainy, saturated documentary-like images.
