These home made doughnuts will leave your mouth melting with chocolate or just the glaze!
Nothing can be the freshness of homemade doughnuts.
Fluffiest doughnuts recipe:
350 ml luke warm milk
7g vanilla sugar or use vanilla essence ( 1 TBSP)
1 level Tea spoon salt to enhance the flavor ( you will not taste the salt)
42 g fresh yeast or 20 g dry yeast
120 g sugar if you are not decorating them take 180g sugar
grate one lemon
70 g soft butter
2 eggs and two egg yolk
830 g all purpose flour use the flour bit by bit( you might need 20 g more
To prevent the dough from sticky to the cutter dip your cutter into flour between cuts .
When you need with your hands keep oiling them so that you don’t get tempted to add more flour!
Chocolate donuts:
200g chocolate
( cut it into small pieces)
Melt 100g in a water bath remove it from the stove and add the remaining 100g and mix until it’s smooth ( you will have the right temperature)
Glazed donuts:
250g powdered sugar
35ml water
1 TBSP Lemon juice
1 TBSP coconut oil or the shine... you can dilute it to be thin with more water ....
Sugar donuts
200g of sugar in a bowl roll until it’s well coated.
decorate them immediately after frying
