Can you beat Minecraft as a Reddit Mod?

In this video, I will be playing a modded version of minecraft 1.20.1. The game is modded in such a way that it will make it more difficult to beat the game, and the goal of this video is to find out if I can overcome these challenges. The challenges include:
1. The player model has been modified to be much taller and wider. This will make it difficult to dodge enemy attacks, as well as make it difficult to maneuver through certain areas of the game
2. There is a hidden 'blood pressure' meter added, and this meter increases when any physical activity is performed, be it jumping, mining, rowing the boat, swinging a sword, swimming, etc. When this hidden meter hits max, The player will have a heart attack, killing me instantly. The meter goes down when the player is still, so that if I take breaks I can avoid heart attacks in most situations. it takes about 20 seconds of running, 10 seconds of jumping, or about 30 seconds of mining to cause the meter to hit max
3. I cannot wear armor other than a helmet. The body of this character is simply too large for armor to fit.
4. I've added various comedy based items to the game. this doesn't have anything to do with the challenge but I thought it was funny

The mod should include that if there are baby mobs nearby, they run away from you. And if you get closer than 2 blocks, you receive a restraining order, which causes an iron golem to become aggro if you get too close to a child again

video inaccurate, reddit mods aren't tall, they're just wide. personally I think it would be more accurate if the player model was 1.5 blocks tall and 3 blocks wide

Touching grass (standing on any grass related block) should give a debuff status effect like weakness or something

What if there was an energy meter? It would deplete when you did anything that well, normally takes energy. It comes back when you don't do anything and or eat something.

Needs an exertion meter. Like refills when you're still or sitting. Starts damaging the player if it's below 10%.
