Can you beat Minecraft if you are Extremely Smol?

What would happen if you were to take a regular minecraft player and shrink their model down to 1/10th the size? They would face many issues such as:
1. 1/10th the attack damage. Being so small obviously means your strength is reduced.
2. Receive 10 times the damage. Being so small the attacks of the world do more damage to you
3. Cannot jump up blocks or even stairs or trapdoors. Everything is so huge in this world that I must find a more creative way to move up the Y axis.
4. Moving around the world takes 10x as long, being so smol
5. Very small attack range, 1/10th the range of a normal player
6. Bows don't work properly, and they have 10x the arrow drop

Can you beat Minecraft while permanently on Fire?
Positives:
You move faster (2x speed?)
Enemies are lit on fire if they physically attack you.
You deal increased melee damage and also inflict burn upon punching.
You don’t need torches.

Negatives:
Ceaseless Damage over time while not in water.
Armor Durability is halved.
Beds burn upon you waking up.
Wood items are instantly destroyed upon being equipped.

Honestly I liked the video way more than I thought I would.
