Testing the NEW Oregon Edger Blade

Let's test this Edger blade and see if it's curved edges (similar to a gator blade) provide any sort of advantage in terms of edge thickness or even durability.

ThIS edger blade BY Oregon is produced from high carbon steel and heat treated to help extend the blade’s maximum life. The heat treatment also helps Oregon 40-002 resist bending and breaking on the job.

Have used this blade ... if you mount it opposite of the way you did it will toss out debris quicker resulting in much less buildup to have to clean out. Like you I like the the slightly wider trench.
