He continues to impress me with every video. His knowledge of the human body and movement dynamics is one of the best I've seen.

MANN YOUR VIDEOS LITERALLY DESTROY MY CHRONIC WITHIN THE SAME DAY. How come those exercises are not mainstream enough???

As a PT, rows annals chin tucks are def effective postural correction exercises, if done properly and in conjunction with other exercises. With that said, the exercises he suggests are also excellent.

I like the exercises you prescribe but like you said about the other exercises they are limited to who they should be used for.
The band pull apart is a great exercise if done properly. If you allow the natural movement of the scapula its fantastic for a warm-up of the shoulders before pressing movements.
Thoracic Extensions do not cause tightness and restrict scapula mobility while causing compression against the ribcage imo. I have seen many clients improve shoulder issues by applying this method and also improve extreme kyphosis.
Alot of issues come from muscular weakness, tightness and overcompensation so strengthening a muscle alone will not always fix the problem.
Trial and error is key, with the process of elimination.

Bro! In this new video just did the exercises and they are fire! I already feel more aligned. I have not met anyone from Personal trainer, Physical therapist or even Orthopedic Surgeon who even remotely understands the real mechanics of posture. Let alone the correct exercises of these biomechanics.

They all act so proud of their degrees. Its the delusions of the devil. Being tortured through college is like boot camp, trauma based mind control to have you so ingrained into your identity that you don't listen to opposing view points. This is so personal to me because I haven't found relief anywhere. I try to share with everyone but they are stuck listening to the old and flawed views and exercises.

On the third exercise, I'm feeling it correctly with left foot against wall, but on my right side, I feel quad activation on my right leg when pushing away. I also notice a tendency to lean to the left on that side. Historically, I've struggled to feel my right glute so I'm searching for another cue, or another exercise.

Thanks again for another inspiring video!
The band-pull-apart and chin-tucks is two exercises I have been using alot to help my thoracic outlet syndrome so I am excited to see if I gonna feel some inprovments doing the next month or so. Will you be making more videos on excercises to improve thoracic outlet syndrome in the future perhaps? - I would love to see some alternatives from you

Thanks!
Not fully clear on the last one... part of the overall goal is to actively slightly curve and lift the pelvis-buttocks from the ground?

Do you have any information about what to do for a straightened thoracic spine? Cat camels and rows are essentially all I've been told to do.

What about a "military neck"? Spine is almost straight from neck to lumbar area. Pinched nerve in neck/shoulder causing numbness and tingling in fingers.

would't anterior pelvic tilt cause more of an upright thoracic spine rather than overly kyphotic thoracic spine as you said in order to maintain an even COM down the midline of the body?

Can you explain really tight low back and a flat thoracic spine

Been trying to incorporate all your content into my gym work. Really different from what I’ve seen on YT. Do you have exercises for posterior pelvic tilt? That is a big issue for me.
