When I first start getting to finance, I actually downloaded this app and use it to track my info and so on. But it fell short on a few things, and you can’t really blame the app. I wanted more details and customs charts and so on. And the only place I could get exactly what I wanted was in excel by creating it myself.

I just signed up and found that it doesn't allow me to add a bank account and 3 of my credit cards so what's the point. Don't know why they don't allow some accounts.

I completely agree with you about excel. I do my own expense sheet. I’ve wanted to try this app out but I feel it falls short as well from all the reviews I hear. I personally want it to pop up with an alert when a transaction is being debited and have me categorize it right there and then. If there is such a thing please let me know. I’m also getting ready to do a more detailed budget. So I’ll be looking for your video. Thank you for posting this. Also you just gained a subscriber.

AGREE, great beginner app but you get inundated with email alerts that are really just trying to draw you back to the app. THEN, you just get used to ignoring them. PLUS, my bank alerts are in real-time and Mint is always late with updates

Why was in the title of this video the words "Worst app" when in the content you simply explain why you no longer use it? I understand that you want to tell people that you've grown out of the need to use Mint; but it's not telling us why you think it's the worst app. A better idea would have been to show the process of how you grew out of the need to use Mint - even offered a download of template of what you've using now. Now I've wasted over 8 minutes of my leisure time without learning anything - well that's life.

The thing I don’t like about it, is that the app sometimes double charges on some transactions like if I buy something on a credit card and then pay it off with my debit account it (thinks) I spent 200$ not 100$

You use cash and not credit cards. Immediately that makes no sense. That's throwing away money. Use credit cards...get points...payoff card each month.

Please provide a link to your Excel file so your followers don't have to reinvent the app.
