Can you divide up a bill into more than one category? For example, you bought groceries and clothing from Walmart but want the bill to reflect both categories of expenses.

Can you reconcile your monthly bank statement using Mint like you do in Quickbooks?

Hi, this was a good video to watch as I start using Mint. I was wondering if there is a way to mark a transaction as reviewed so the next time I go into the website and look at transactions I can see where I left off with reviewing transactions? I use Quickbooks for my business and when I bring in transactions from bank accounts and credit cards, there is a way to accept transactions. Is there anything like that in Mint?

I don't have Mint yet, but am very interested in getting it to organize my personal finances. Can you import past transactions (like from all of this past year) or do you just have to go forward from the day you begin with Mint? I am used to using Quickbooks for work and they can import which ever dates I select. Thank you for your video, it was very helpful!

I can’t seem to add My 401k account to Mint. It says I’m supposed to enter my unique Mint ID yet I have no idea what that is.

Do you use Mint as your check register as well for your accounts? For instance, adding pending transactions to see what your true balance is in your checking account? I also struggle with the Bills not being linked to transactions. Currently, when I mark a bill as paid, I then jump over to my checking account and add it manually as a pending transaction so i can see an updated balance....very annoying. That was one thing about Quicken that I really liked. Any tips?

How to deal with all doubles? Like lets say i have paypal account which is credit and regular. All transactions just doubles my main Chase transaction.(because they appear in Chase transactions also)
