Ok here's a question. I try to network at the airport anytime I commercial operators or private turbines. But a lot of the times I'm there, I've been working on the plane and have my shop clothes on, or just finished a flight and I've been sweating my ass off and mussed hair. Right now I don't go introduce myself when I'm looking messy. Do you think that's the right call?

This comes off very elitist and really seems off brand for you. A lot of your videos really push inclusivity and I love it, but this isn’t that.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I respect you for putting your opinion out so publicly and so often. But to say you would use someone’s appearance as a hiring decision seems odd.
