I remember how much pain I felt 9 months ago. The extent to which this channel and a lot of other channels including that of Coaches Lee & Craig Kenneth, Christine Loverridge & others assisted me in getting through those difficult moments.
Am in strong position now and if anyone ever told me I’d get to this point during those times I’d laugh them out of scorn. But here I am, 9 months later, I feel completely okay and not needy or in pain anymore.

I've seen many coaches online over multiple years, and you sir, explain things the best, in different ways. Many other more popular coaches just repeat same things on every video but you manage to bring always something new and good examples using other comparisations so new people to channel get it instantly. if they left you due to a monkeybranch or quickly got into a rebound.. not a chance would I take them back, it shows lack of emotional maturity and willing to process the breakup, putting their pain into someone else. If they come back they've done zero work on themselves and the cycle will repeat. My ex of 11 years left me for a so called friend and was having an emotional affair for a while before I was dumped, I done all the classic things, leaving the door open, tried to get them to see sense.. I should've went no contact and gave them the breakup but since I have, the panic has set in because they truly believe you'll always be stuck in that place where you're heartbroken and available to them.
