I have been doing these TaeBo workouts since I was 16 💯💪🏾💯. I remember I was so happy when my gym teacher made us do it in class too. Now in my late 30's I'm going back to basics &doing this workout again....Super easy

as I'm getting older and STILL doing his workouts, my coordination is all over the place, and my equilibrium ain't the same no more. So you know im kicking pictures of walls by accident while doing leg lifts, and im punching shyttt off my desk while tryna do his upper cut routines 😂
