Why would I want someone who doesn't have MY BEST INTERESTS??. Isn't that what is supposed to happen after all if your job is to REPRESENT me and I'm paying you you better dam sure have ALL of my interests at heart! Is lady justice fingering the scale or is she peaking?

DUI GUY on July 7 of this year I got a uniform citation for expired license plates. Constitution and Supreme Court rulings I do not have to have license plates or a drivers license if I am not in commerce. I called your firm and basically was told no.

If you represent someone that's being arrested with out no reason, is the State responsible to pay your fees??? For the time that a person is being in jail and car tow, lost the job while being detain????

Most public pretenders usually say take the deal, it’s a good one.

What if there is zero real evidence, the two cops who made the arrest lied, and the defendant has clear proof they lied? Twisted the words of the law to fit my actions which was “SITTING IN A PUBLIC LOBBY NOT BOTHERING NOBODY”

Yeah, representing yourself in court is a bad idea. But it goes without saying that this is the best legal system money can buy. If you have the money, you most likely can buy your way out of some. Public defenders suck because they don’t care about your case because they are not getting any money from you. I paid legal representationis the more you pay the better representation.

for someone who has represented myself in over 250 cases and having won every single one of them, you are spouting misinformation...i actually know the law a hell'va lot better than the cops do... as i actually put the time and effort to study the actual laws and procedures for over 40 years...now if you never put any effort in then, of course, you would lose just like if you had never trained to be a boxer would lose to a professional boxer every time....that would be just stupid thinking you could beat a person who is trained somewhat and practices every day in that field.... it is the time and effort that makes the difference, not just because you got a degree....even the dumbest person who graduated from college got a degree....

Yep! One cannot represent oneself; one can only represent a ward of the court. (One making a special divine appearance in the flesh with blood flowing through him shall defend the presumption by the written code of law, which most times is not the true cause and nature of summon.) The sixth amendment protects one's right to have counsel of and by choice, and the method of defense. All too often that method of defense is denied by insufficient counsel, and I will attest to such.
