You need a lawyer who actually goes to trial, not some guy who likes to settle.

Have you ever done a video on the process of finding a lawyer? Should you be talking to a minimum number before selecting one and are there certain questions you should be asking before deciding which one you want representing you?

The only exception I'd take is if a woman represents herself. Because she'll be overwhelmingly favored; because the judge, particularly an older male judge, will have paternal feelings for her; he'll rule in her favor. If the judge is a woman, she'll rule in favor of a woman to "stick with The Sisterhood". Because family court judges will rule in favor of the woman, she can go pro se and be fine.

I saw this in my case where I was falsely accused and had a restraining order taken out against me. The woman represented herself, lied her ass off, and the judge did her bidding. When my attorney stood up to argue a relevant, legal point, the judge just CUT HIM OFF; he didn't want to hear it! So, I would amend your advice to say that it's a bad idea for men undergoing divorce to represent themselves; for women, it's fine, because they have the pussy pass.
