You made a mistake. After we costumised our Blocklist, you said "click on REMOVE ALL BLOATWARE", but this will ignore the list we set up. You need to click on "remove bloatware with customized blocklist".

NOTE That you have to choose 'remove bloatware with custom blocklist' or otherwise it will disable everything

For the love of God make a visible addendum alerting your viewers, who are likely not windows savvy, who will follow all your instructions only to realize they just deleted all the programs you told them to uncheck Correct the massive mistake you made in saying “click remove all bloatware.” To clarify:

You should have clicked “remove bloatware with custom blacklist”. By clicking “remove all bloatware” you deleted everything that was originally checked by default prior to editing the block list. This error can be visually confirmed by looking in your powershell window in the clip after you clicked “delete all bloatware”…you will notice Xbox service appears with a confirmation of deletion even though you had unchecked it in your custom blocklist to keep it.

I would love if you could go way deeper into that debloat tool and go through what most of that stuff is and if we can get rid of it. I could do my own research but I think it would be a good video idea. Thanks for the optimizations so far!!

I have not done many optimizations recently

thank you Panjno!

/!\ Do NOT remove all bloatware /!\
Instead use the option "REMOVE BLOATWARE WITH CUSTOM BLOCKLIST", otherwise you will lose things such as toolbar etc...

windows debloat tool can definetly cause issues for games too, id reccomend doing those things manually rather than relying on scripts even tho it is very annoying and time consuming. The particular issue ive had which happened both on win 11 and 10 was causing very bad 1% and 0.1% frame rates on valorant specifically (i didnt test other games) but what it caused was an increase in avg fps slightly. I was on 423 prior to it and it increased slightly to 450 ish. However I was feeling that the game didnt feel right even tho the fps looked good on the in game counter. Using rivatuner and afterburner I saw that 1% was as low as 110 and 0.1% was 40 which wasnt visible from just the ingame counter. Reverting everything my 1% went to 280 and 0.1% to 200 which was a much smoother experience. It could be that Valorant has access to kernal level so any of these bigger changes to windows could mess with it causing instability. Im by no means an expert but I do have decent experience with optimizing for competitive shooters specifically for around 10 years. Otherwise the video is very good for someone who has never done this and could help loads with people with supper cluttered systems.

I skipped the part where you mentioned creating a restore point XD. Now I removed everything with your amazing tool but has no restore point. I have faith in the mighty debloater!

@3:53 holy fuuuuck. that one was an insane performance change. i went from 10% cpu usage down to 2%. that alone is the best trick in this video

Looks like after u costumize the blockclist u should hit the 'remove bloatware with curstom list' instead of 'remove all bloatware'? Otherwise it will delete all?

I se up every setting, customized all I wanted and set up all my programs as administrator local account. Now I need to create non-admin account which I'm gonna use. But I don't want to customize and setup every setting from start. Is there a way to somehow have everything including small details like which folder has which thumbnail size, mouse cursor setting etc, as I setup at 1st admin account on new account?

In the Windows debloater, I think I saw it list Nvidia control panel as something it removes by default. I understand getting rid of GeForce Experience but the control panel? Wouldn't you want to keep that?
Serious question. I have figured out my ideal settings for my NVCP & I'm not sure what would happen without it.
