The only time "in a bag" was okay with me and my principals as a chef was a chili that was made by a local commissary kitchen en mass to be distributed between 20 bars and restaurants for consistency. It was the owners recipe and not only was it good, it also helped further local economy by a small business owner being able to indirectly provide more jobs on the market. It was a win-win, and as I said, the chili was very well done and very much on par with my expectations as a chef.
1 in 200 chance that just happened to work out.

I think my biggest problem with the pirate bar is that they can't handle not being pirates, but even when they're working a pirate bar, they're doing a shit job. The fact is, they don't wanna work at a pirate bar, they want a pirate fan club, & that's the bottom line. Jon could give ghem the dream Pirates of the Caribbean bar, & they'd still fuck it up because they just wanna play pretend, not do the work.
