I did these tips yesterday in my 5K race and it makes a Big Difference. I had my Best Personal Time for a 5K in recent years! I cam in 7 out of 27 for my age group being 55-59.

quick question - I have ankle flexibility and I find kissing the ground with my heel whilst running up hill hard. Any tips to improve this?

My neighborhood is very hilly. every time I run my legs are on fire because of the hills. I'm not sure if it's beneficial or detrimental to performance. I can't run as far as I used to because of all the hills. I used to be a lot faster.
