guys this might sound dumb but it worked for me. when you start up your pc unplug your keyboard and mouse and it will bring you to a screen that says keyboard error, then plug them back in and boom. idk if it was just my pc that works for this but i did it and it worked

Thank you so much for this guide, my father hired 3 different technicians who charged hundred of dollars, yet none of them could fix his desktop. I spent 10 minutes with it on a rainy Sunday morning and had it perfectly working.

4:00 i did the former steps wrote "cd \windows\System32\config>MD Backup" but I got the message under "The system cannot find the path specified" to do here?
