theres a quicker way. Just cook your eggs on high pressure for 6 minutes. Then quick release and into an ice bath. Same perfect results, but less time

New IP 8 qt owner and followed directions on video. My results: just cooked three Trader Joes healthy eggs for learning. However, peeling them after the cold water bath resulted in water coming out of the shells when breaking the shells. Took half a paper towel soaking up the water and egg shells per egg. So this sweating within the shells disappointing. However, ate one and it was delicious! With more eggs using more paper towels can be getting spendy. Haha Don't know what to do to solve this issue. No one else has mentioned their eggs doing this. ???

If you dont have access to a stove or way of boiling water but do have an instant pot, i guess this is thst way. Otherwise boiling water is simpler. Cheers.
