Waymo ride experience and issue handling

A crazy person attacked my @Waymo self driving taxi, and the car froze. Other than that it handled some things very gracefully, and others like a drunken five year old. It was mostly a good experience and no worse than your average taxi driver. The quick availability of a human is great.

They need to teach these people to talk normal and not act so monofocused and weird. "a note in the file" sounds like no one gives a crap. How about, i have escalated this for engineers to review? Then address the safety concern publicly. That call felt like a call center that didn't really know much about anything. It seems like it is someone with no context to potentially call 911 for you and that is it. Like a home alarm company.
